• Secondary Sponsors will receive day-of-event on-air mentions during the live radio remote, secondary signage/logo placement at Goodman Pool, secondary placement on all promotional materials, free tickets to the event, and 10x10 vending table/booth space.

• Contest Sponsors will be recognized as sponsorship during the contest of their choice, including on-air radio and public address system recognition. Also included are tertiary placement on a limited number of promotional materials and on-site signage.

• In-kind Donors will be recognzied on site for their respective donations such as donations for door prizes and contest prizes.

Volunteer Opportunities
We need a lot of volunteers to help us the day of the event. It's a rewarding way to give of your time, spend time outdoors and help a worthwhile cause. We need volunteers throughout the day in a variety of capacities:

• Set up
• Registration
• Gate Duty
• Poop Patrol
• Parking Marshalls
• Clean up

Registration Rules & Requirements
On-site registration is $10 per dog, $5 for humans without a dog. We invite you to register on site. All dogs must have proper vaccination and a current dog license. For more information about dog licensing requirements, please go to the City of Madison website.

Please keep the following rules in mind:

• All dogs must have proper vaccinations or current dog license.
• All dogs must be neutered/spayed. No intact dogs allowed.
• All dogs must be under owner control at all times.
• An adult must accompany children under 14 with a dog.
• No dogs with open cuts or communicable diseases allowed.
• No aggressive dogs allowed. Any aggressive dogs will be immediately removed with no refunds.
• No dogs in heat allowed.
• No puppies under six months of age.
• No bathing of dogs allowed in the pool or any other areas.
• You must clean up immediately after your dog. All dog waste must be deposited into dog-waste barrels only. No dog waste allowed in general trashcans.
• Only water for dogs in non-breakable containers is allowed to be carried in. No other carry ins allowed.
• The pool and Capital K9s are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Additonal tips to protect your dog:

• Protect your dog by bringing a separate water bowl and not sharing dishes.
• Please do not give other dogs treats without permission.
• Please dispense treats to your dog discretely to avoid fights with other dogs.
• Watch for over-exertion and dehydration in your dog.

It is very important to note that we have a ZERO AGGRESSION POLICY. Any dogs that engage in aggressive behavior will be asked to leave immediately for the safety and security of all participants.

There is a public parking lot at the Goodman Pool; however, we anticipate that the lot will fill up quickly so please plan ahead. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with alternative public parking in the area. Please be respectful of the neighborhoods in the area and park only in legal, designated public parking.
